“Harold & Kumar” is a series of three movies that follows the hilarious adventures and misfortunes of two friends, Harold and Kumar, from their quest to satisfy their craving for the White Castle burger to being mistaken for terrorists and thrown into Guantánamo Bay, and burning down Harold’s father-in-law’s beloved Christmas tree, these are the “Harold and Kumar” movies in order.

While getting stoned, two friends, Harold and Kumar saw a commercial on the TV about a certain White Castle burger. Suddenly, they developed a strong craving for the said burger and decided to look for the nearest White Castle restaurant for it. But little did they know that the night has other plans for them as things quickly go nuts in no time, and they find themselves on a hilarious adventure, encountering different eccentric characters along the way, including a cheetah.
Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay
Continuing the comedic adventures of Harold and Kumar, and picking up immediately after the events of the first film, the two friends excitedly board a flight to Amsterdam. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when Kumar’s attempts to smoke a bong onboard are mistaken for a bomb threat. The two friends are apprehended, and their misunderstood escapade lands them in Guantanamo Bay.
They both manage to escape from Guantanamo and embark on a cross-country journey to clear their names and reach Texas, where they hope to find help from Harold’s friend Colton, who is about to marry Kumar’s ex-girlfriend Vanessa.
As they travel, they encounter a variety of absurd and hilarious situations just like in the first film, including two government agents, a racist mountain guide, and even a brothel run by Neil Patrick Harris.
A Very Harold & Kumar Christmas
Several years after the events of the second film, the two friends have grown apart with Harold now married and a successful businessman, and Kumar still living in the old, smoking joints, and even still living in the apartment that he and Harold shared.
Things quickly take an unexpected turn when a package meant for Harold mistakenly finds its way to Kumar, and Kumar decides to deliver the package himself to Harold.
Before you know it, Harold’s father-in-law who doesn’t like him, Christmas tree is caught up in flames, and the two friends are forced to embark on one last hilarious adventure to replace the damaged Christmas tree.
